This dynamic Pilates workout on the Reformer blends resistance training with Pilates fundamentals to strengthen, tone, and stretch your entire body—helping you build long, lean muscle. Prior Reformer experience is recommended for Thrive and Challenge levels.

Instructorless Reformer

These self-guided classes are led by video and voiceover—perfect for those comfortable on the Reformer and looking to move on their own schedule. It’s a great option during off-peak hours, and many clients enjoy the freedom to follow along while listening to a podcast or their own music.

CARDIO REFORMER

This high-energy Reformer class uses the cardio tramp to boost your heart rate and add a fun, dynamic twist. You’ll get your cardio fix while staying true to Pilates principles—amplifying the strength, control, and results you love.
