This dynamic Pilates workout on the Reformer blends resistance training with Pilates fundamentals to strengthen, tone, and stretch your entire body—helping you build long, lean muscle. Prior Reformer experience is recommended for Thrive and Challenge levels.

PILATES

Fire up those hard-to-reach core muscles and build a stronger, more stable body. This class adds an extra challenge by using props like balls, foam rollers, and discs to keep your core working from every angle.

Instructorless Reformer

These self-guided classes are led by video and voiceover—perfect for those comfortable on the Reformer and looking to move on their own schedule. It’s a great option during off-peak hours, and many clients enjoy the freedom to follow along while listening to a podcast or their own music.
